What’s included:

  • New exercise routines each month

  • Exercise for health and for your sport. Programs are custom designed to be optimal for reaching your goal, whether that’s losing weight, gaining muscle or improving performance.

  • Phone, text and email communication to make sure the program is well understood and to assist making program modifications as needed (optional- not required).

  • Time saved by not driving to and from the gym. This program is performed from the comfort of your own home.

  • Exercise at your pace and whatever time of day is best for you.

  • No equipment is required, but a physio-ball is recommended.

Agility Handler’s Fitness

An exercise program built for the sport of dog agility. Handlers can expect routines to build foundational strength then transition to exercises catering to improve strength speed and endurance in their sport.
