Your body will adapt fairly quickly to this routine. It’s a good thing really, because it means you are stronger and healthier than you were before. It also means diminished returns on the same old workout routine though. To combat this, each month you get a new plan in the form of two workout routines. One to start the month, and one to progress to.

Whether your goal is to be stronger in your sport, lose body fat or increase muscle, keeping a fresh routine coming your way regularly ensures that your ability to adapt never hampers your results.
