the Functional Assessment begins…

In the assessment you do a few (easy) movements that will show how your body moves. This let’s us create a more effective program, and greatly lowers the risk of injury from working out.

You’ll also be sent a questionnaire (we know it’s lame, but it’s necessary) before the assessment that will help us get familiar with things like what your goals are. This is a big piece of the puzzle for success (so answer realistically and honestly) and will greatly dictate the structure of you workout program. During the assessment we can discuss goals and concerns in greater detail as well.

A tailored experience. For individuals who have been plagued by barriers like old injuries or surgeries that require special considerations when designing an exercise program, the Complete Custom Online Program is a great option. Weekly check-ins insure the program is working for you and keep you accountable to stick to it. We’re in this one together!

The Complete Custom workout programs are delivered typically within 2 days depending on complexity, but are often delivered earlier. Once your program is setup you can start right away. All exercises have pictures or short videos showing how to perform the movement in a simple easy to understand way. This is to create confidence in your ability to perform your routine on your own.

Your body will adapt fairly quickly to this routine. It’s a good thing really, because it means your getting stronger and healthier. It also means diminished returns on the same old workout routine though. To combat this, each month you get a new plan.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, increase muscle or just general fitness, keeping a fresh routine coming your way regularly ensures that your ability to adapt never hampers your results.
